That mission is deeply personal to the founder, Mercy, A certified Financial Planner & Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience in the corporate world, having served as a Chief Accountant in various corporate companies. Throughout her career, Mercy played a critical role in helping organizations navigate complex financial landscapes, manage multi-million-shilling budgets, streamline operations, and remain resilient through economic shifts. But over time, she saw a troubling pattern, many individuals and business owners lacked the financial knowledge and strategic tools necessary to sustain and grow their income.

In fact, 82% of small businesses fail due to poor cash flow management and a lack of financial knowledge. And while many entrepreneurs are excellent at selling their products or services, most have little understanding of what it truly takes to run a business. Key areas such as compliance, risk management, record keeping, financial planning, and budgeting are often overlooked until it’s too late.

This inspired Mercy to establish Intel Consulting Services a coaching and consulting firm focused on finance coaching & business strategy for entrepreneurs, and personal finance coaching for individuals. Intel Consulting coaching is practical, strategic, and rooted in real-world experience. As someone who has managed high-level finances, led teams, and made critical business decisions, Mercy now empowers others to confidently do the same.
